Field Trips & outings are integral part of the learning process at NIS, where students experience self learning, develop social skills and are offered exposure to new situations and environments. School trips offer a variety of benefits to students of all ages: they bond with their class/ schoolmates and teachers and gain new perspective on people and places.
HODs and teachers plan trips that support learning in different areas of the curriculum and take place during school hours.
One day excursions are so much fun. For Y 4 and up, some other excursions may be overnight and For Y 5 and up trips may involve overseas travel. Students of Y 3 and up may have an overnight camping adventure on NIS grounds.
